Karen Christie - Chief Executive

Karen is responsible for managing and developing the organisation. Funding and development of staff and services.

Galina Jordanova Bhebe - Adult Counselling and Wellbeing Manager 

Galina manages the adult counselling service as well as supporting volunteer counsellors.

Jane Payton - Adult Counselling Co-Ordinator 

Jane coordinates the clients and volunteer counsellors to ensure that client get the right counsellor for them.

Cathy McCauley - Adult Support Group Facilitator and Counsellor 

Cathy is responsible for facilitating the Emotional well being group and Bereavement support group as well as being one of our most experienced counsellors specialising in empowering women to improve their self esteem and understanding their thoughts, feelings and emotional wellbeing.

Jeni Sanders - Your Mind Matter Co-ordinator (16 - 25yrs)

Jeni coordinates the Your Mind Matters project and is a Mental Health Practitioner and Advocate. She also runs a support group for young women aged 16 - 25 years. 

Laura Palmeria - Mental Health Practitioner (16 - 25yrs)

 Laura works on the Your Mind Matters project. Laura is a qualified counsellor who provides mental health support and advocacy. 

Lataetia Mc Evilly - Befriending Co-ordinator

Lataetia  is a counsellor but in this role  she is responsible for co-ordinating the befriending service as well as recruiting and training volunteers. The service is for women who are isolated in the community and experience mental health issues.

Cathy McCauley - Befriending Project Worker and Adult Counsellor

Cathy is a trained counsellor who supports Lataetia to deliver a service this has achieved the Excellence in Befriending Award. Cathy runs the counsellor facilitated support groups and provides one to one counselling. 

Jen Williams- Teenage Girls Counselling Service Co-ordinator (13 - 19yrs)

Jen is an experienced Counsellor, specialising in working with young people.  Jen co-ordinates all aspects of the young persons counselling service as well as providing counselling herself.  

Fran D'Arcy - Fundraising and Communications Manager 

Fran supports fundraising within the organisation. She plans and manages events as well as our communication across all social media platforms. 

Jen Kermode - Senior Practitioner (Trauma and Neurodiversity) 

Jen is a highly skilled counsellor working across our adult and young peoples services. As well as providing counselling, Jen provides advice and support to the whole organisation on all matters pertaining to trauma or neuordiversity.
