About us

SWAN Women’s Centre was founded by local women who recognised that traditional health services weren’t always meeting women’s needs – so they created something that did.

Over the years, we’ve grown into a trusted, community-based charity supporting women and girls aged 13 years and over. As the demand for trauma-informed and gender-specific mental health support has increased, so have the services we offer. Our services are trauma informed and Neurodivergent aware.
