Well-being -  what that means:

Taking time out for yourself actively promotes positive mental health. Our mental state identifies how well we cope with day to day life, this can change at any moment. Maintaining a positive mental well-being allows us to live a less stressful life and build relationships with those around us.

At SWAN we offer a variety of activities which can help and promote a positive mental well-being.

Take a step back from everyday life and take a bit of 'you time'!

Due to Covid restrictions class sizes are limited as are group sizes so please do ring us prior to coming along as we would not want anyone to be disappointed.  0151 933 3292
