Well-being - what that means:
Taking time out for yourself actively promotes positive mental health. Our mental state identifies how well we cope with day to day life, this can change at any moment. Maintaining a positive mental well-being allows us to live a less stressful life and build relationships with those around us.
At SWAN we offer a variety of activities which can help and promote a positive mental well-being.
Take a step back from everyday life and take a bit of 'you time'!
Please do ring us prior to coming along as we would not want anyone to be disappointed. 0151 933 3292
